As a Kansas City native, I can attest that this sauce is great! There are a lot of very good grilled sauces in Kansas City. In my opinion, Zarda Original is best.

Safeway stopped carrying this thicker and flavorful sauce. I was too glad to find it on Amazon, but be warned that stores slow.
I just love this sauce it has a deep flavor without being too hot. Naturally smoking in Chipotle peppers are great on grilled chicken. But my favorite is slow baked beef short ribs in this sauce - you will get a raven from your family!
We thought it was a spice shop while on vacation. Being Mark Maker lovers we are, we can not resist buying a bottle. My wife decided she wanted to grill chicken last night, but it is clear that we were out of barbeque sauce, so she would be having this sauce. The chicken was wonderful.
