The bags are great! So far I have only tried to Alder one which gives a lighter taste than Mesquite.

I bought 4-pack of rainbow trout from [...] and rubber Kashrut salt fish within a few hours before cooking. Preheated oven to 475F, put 1 large cubed zucchini and4 fish in the bag, sealed and put laws on the low rack. Reduced temp to 375F after 15 minutes and continue another 25-30 minutes (3 pounds of fish) = perfection! My children were crazy about eating "fish stomach" and this could not be any easier to cook or easier to clean up.
Very light smoke lingered about the kitchen, but nothing I would need to even open the window. If the smell is a problem, use your BBQ (instructions are oven, coal or gas Grill).
Too bad thatThe price is to pull off ... These are available for the buck in Finland.
